Background
Trust Tap is a platform designed to enhance trust in online transactions through verified user profiles and secure communication channels. The objective was to design an interface that conveys trustworthiness and encourages user interaction.
Core problem
HNIs and institutions face high risks with identity theft and unauthorized access during digital transactions. Traditional systems lacked user-friendliness while maintaining security. Trust Tap addressed the need for both trust and ease of use.
